Screening for Plagiarism Policy

NCJ: Journal of History, Culture, and Heritage Consulting is committed to maintaining academic integrity by implementing a plagiarism screening policy for all submitted manuscripts.

All manuscripts are screened using reliable plagiarism detection software prior to the peer review process. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism, duplicate publication, or unacceptable similarity will be rejected or returned to the authors for revision, depending on the severity of the issue.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submissions are original works and that all sources are properly cited. NCJ enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of plagiarism, including partial plagiarism and self-plagiarism.
